Can I recieve the sacrament of penance after my childhood baptism?

I was baptized into the Catholic Church at age 5.

I have not yet been confirmed at age 16.
Coming back into the faith, I’m not sure as to what is and what isn’t allowed.

Can I still go to confession? How?
What can and can’t I do when praying or attending Mass?
