Can I rejoin the church after divorce?

i have gotten divorced after 20yrs of marriage, it was a courthouse wedding and my ex wife and children were never baptized at all. i have recently remarried and we want to rejoin the church. i was baptized and recieved first holy communion as a child. i want my children to experience the wonders of GOD and the catholic religion. i would like to know if it is posible?
