Can I take communion at my Lutheran Wedding?

Hello,

So I’m getting married next week. She’s a practicing Lutheran and I’m a practicing Catholic. We’re both very strong in our faiths and we both are very supportive of each other. We’ve gone through the pre-Cana classes, and I’ve gotten the Catholic dispensation to have the marriage in the Lutheran church, but I have a question about the communion during the service. I’ve gone to the Lutheran services many times with my fiancee and have received communion there. I just started reading that maybe I shouldn’t have done that. Now we have a communion during the wedding ceremony and our parents are actually handing out the communion. What do you think I should do? I don’t want to be rude and not accept the communion on our wedding day, but I don’t want to accept the communion in front of all the guests we’ve invited who are Catholic and potentially offend them.
