I was denied my church marriage annulment after much grief, time and suffering. I am remarried but not by the church. If I don’t have any sexual relations with my husband forever, can I take communion.
Bring it up with your confessor and follow his instructions on the matter. He may or may not think it’s appropriate for you to receive communion in the situation you propose.
