Can I work for a company that provides contraceptives?

I have worked in health care for 20 years doing medical billing and followup. I am currently interested in a position with the county health department which entails administrative duties related to what I have always done. What are the moral implications of working for a facility that offers teen contraceptive services free of charge to the public. I do not believe I would be directly involved in that portion of the clinic.
