Can men dress immodestly?

I do not think pants are immodest, and a woman should feel free to wear pants whenever she pleases. If she’s wearing super tight pants or something like that, maybe she’d be culpable. But in general, no.

Also there are plenty of skirts much more revealing than pants!

I have a theory that men like that are looking for a woman they think they can get attention from more than whether she looks “sexy”. My jeans and a tank top are much more a “I so don’t care what you think, I just want to buy my groceries” outfit.

Yes, I agree with the tight-fitting pants. With leggings for example. When a man sees a woman wears leggings, his mind fills in the blank, and basically says: “Hey. That’s just what that woman’s legs look like, but painted black.”

I used to go to vacation in Mexico with my family at those all-inclusive. You would get these middle-aged tourist ladies from Europe (I think my mom said they were German) who would go around topless on the beach.

It seems like everywhere, at the beach or at the gym, the people wearing covering up the least are usually the least in shape.

Well, yes. Skirts are inherently more modest than pants, because of the fact that skirts reveal less of a woman’s figure than do pants.
