Can my friend use Episcopal communion as an alternative?

To make a long,story short, a female friend raised Catholic pressured by her non-catholic husband, sought an alternative. Not wanting to give up the Eucharist,asked an
episcopal priest if their’s was/is a valid consecration and he said yes. How does it compare to the Catholic Eucharist?
 
Hi,

There is NO alternative! (Did your friend actually think that an Episcopal priest would tell her that their consecration is not valid?) There is no comparison. The Catholic Church does not recognize Anglican orders (Ordination). Therefore it does consider that Anglican priests do not have the power to validly consecrate the elements of the Eucharist.
