Can my son be baptized in a non-Catholic church so that he can receive Communion?

My 8 year old Ryan attends Catholic School but is not baptized. My wife is not Catholic and doesn’t want him to be baptized in the Catholic church. Ryan wants to be baptized so he can go through communion training. Can I get him baptized in a non-denominational church (which my wife has agreed to) and use that baptismal certificate to start his communion training?
