Can someone who has been deeply involved in various New Age practices and beliefs, and also at the same time professes to believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, be called a Christian?
If that person is validly baptized, he is at the very least an ontological Christian (i.e., Christian is what he is) because baptism imparts a permanent supernatural mark upon the soul. Theologically speaking, he may have some Christian beliefs and other non-Christian beliefs, but his misunderstanding of Christianity will not invalidate his baptism.
