Can non-Roman churches meet Sunday obligation?

Can a Roman Catholic fulfill his or her Sunday obligation by attending any other church on a particular Sunday, such as a Greek Orthodox, Syrian-Lebanese Orthodox, Polish National Catholic, Traditionalist Catholic or Chaldean Catholic church?
 
No, non-Catholic Churches do not fulfill the Sunday obligation. Canon 1248 requires that the Mass be a Catholic one which means the Church must be in communion with the Pope. Any Eastern Catholic Church would fulfill the requirement but an Orthodox Church or Schismatic Church would not.
