Can one be absolutely certain in something that is false?

All that you’ve done is assert that your First Cause/Necessary Cause argument is unquestionably true, and then used that as a standard by which to measure everything else.
You are being dishonest.

How i conclude that a necessary cause exists, at least in this thread, is grounded on the undeniable fact of change.
 
So you’re either being stubborn, ignorant, or both. But as far as this thread is concerned it doesn’t really matter. You’re doing exactly what the OP is questioning…you’re claiming to be absolutely certain about something that you have no way of knowing is true. How reality ultimately functions is beyond your ability to discern, and my ability to discern, and Aquinas’ ability to discern. Why there’s something rather than nothing is a question that none of us can answer…not even God.
I am sure this is what you would like to be true, but it is not true.
