Can one pray to post-schism Orthodox saints?

We are allowed to ask for intercession from anyone who has died regardless of their canonization status. That being in our private prayers. I don’t believe that saints canonized in the Orthodox churches can be publicly venerated unless they have also been canonized by the Catholic Church.
 
The Byzantine Catholics celebrate some of them, including Gregory palamas. So the answer is yes. If you ask this on the eastern Catholic forum you might get more details.
