Ordinarily speaking, one should not receive Communion from an SSPX priest because the Eucharist is a sign of unity and a Catholic should avoid the appearance of unity with a schismatic society. However, if one is on his deathbed and does not have access to a Catholic priest, one may receive the last rites from any validly-ordained priest.
