Can one return to the Catholic Church after having left for another religion?

if you were a strong catholic all your life and switched religions and strongly feel you made the wrong the descion is there any way to go back
 
Hi,

Sure. If one hasn’t married outside of the Catholic Church, then all that is needed is to repent and go to Confession. If one has married outside of the Church, then one ought to see a priest about getting the marriage blessed.
