I have a question. I was married in an Eastern Catholic Church, husband is Eastern Catholic, but I remained Eastern Orthodox. Godparents were also both Orthodox who married us.
When we have a child, will we be able to baptize the child in the Eastern Orthodox Church? My husband’s cousin is also married to an Eastern Orthodox and they also got married in a Catholic Church, and they baptized their kids in an Eastern Orthodox Church actually.
Still want to know if that is possible though. I know people who never got married in a church and still baptized their children in the Orthodox Church. Since the two are so similar I was wondering if anyone Eastern Orthodox/Eastern Catholic can help me with this? Thanks!
