Can Our Lady read minds?

I know God can read our minds, but does Our Lady have the same ability? If I’m quietly praying my Rosary in my mind, will it still “count”? What about Satan? Can he read our thoughts?

God doesn’t read your mind any more than you read your mind. If there’s something you can’t admit to, then God will give examples.

Aiui, our minds are secure from anybody except God.

However, when we verbalize in our mind, aiui, the same muscular movements in our throat muscles, etc, occur as for real speech. So it is possible that thoughts we mentally verbalize can be “read” by other spiritual beings.

It isn’t so much that God reads our minds as it is that He knows what we are thinking. If anyone else has the ability it is only through God.

Sure, but only if God allows it. He could also do so for any other saint or angel.

Yes because God is aware of your thoughts. In the case of intercessory prayer like the Rosary, the Holy Spirit would handle any necessary communication to Our Lady or the patron.

What about Satan? Can he read our thoughts?

No. The devil can try to guess your thoughts but, just like anyone else other than God, the devil cannot directly read them. So just because you had a few spiritual attacks that seemed to have come from the devil reading your mind does not mean that the devil actually did so. The best thing to do is give evil as little material to work with in terms of attacking you, in other words, avoid occasions of sins. This way the devil is less able to guess with what to attack you.

… What about Satan? Can he read our thoughts?

He can’t read our minds, but from careful observation of our physical actions etc he can often make a good guess at what we are thinking. A human can often deduce the the thoughts of a close associate by observing external signs. My grandmother often thought that others were reading her mind. Actually she was very deaf and tended to unwittingly talk to herself when thinking on a problem.
