No. CCC 1035: ‘The teaching of the Church affirms the existence of hell and its eternity. Immediately after death the souls of those who die in a state of mortal sin descend into hell, where they suffer the punishments of hell, “eternal fire.” The chief punishment of hell is eternal separation from God, in whom alone man can possess the life and happiness for which he was created and for which he longs.’

This is the third or fourth post on this topic you’ve made in the last two weeks. You seem really hung up on Hell. Yes, Hell is something we need to consider, but it’s only one of the four last things. (Death, Judgment, Heaven, Hell.) Spend some time focusing on the other three, that’ll help you put Hell into better perspective.

As to your question, the damned are damned, period. There is no hope of salvation for them, they are eternally separated from God. That’s it. That’s the answer. We can pity them, but we have to remember that anyone who winds up in Hell is there by their own choice. Hell is the result of God acknowledging and adhering to our free will choices.

No.

“It is appointed unto man once to die and after that the judgement” is in Scripture.

The parable of Lazarus and the Rich Man is where Jesus explained the permanence of that judgement.

This makes me very sad 😦
Well… the main reason to consider Hell is to recognize just how awful it is. Don’t let it make you sad, let it motivate you. Also, always remember, the people in Hell chose to be there.

but some people have gone to hell over one mortal sin

I’ve committed so many 😮

Hell is like the roach motel for souls. Souls get in but they can’t get out

As have I. More than I can count. And I sadly continue to commit them.

Thankfully, God gave us confession, and He gives us grace to overcome temptation.

Too many worship their Church, rather than God- so don’t read and study the Bible- paying the Clergy to do it FOR them!

Yes, the dead WILL get out of hell (the grave) to be JUDGED!

Rev 20: 13- And the sea gave up the dead in it, Death and Hell gave up the dead in them, and all were judged by what they had done.

The DEAD (not the living) are in hell- and haven’t been judged yet!
Incorrect. They have been judged, otherwise no judgment would have taken place to damn them to Hell in the first place. The judgment spoken of in Revelation is known as the general judgment. This is where all people will have their sins revealed to everyone, and we will see the course of human history and the full affect of the choices we made in life.

The judgment at death is known as the particular judgment, and that is when you receive your personal judgment from God, which determines if you’re going to Heaven or Hell.

Thus the fact that “the Church” teaches the EXACT OPPOSITE of the Bible is shown.

AGAIN- the Bible BEYOND DOUBT says the dead (not the living) WILL get OUT of Hell~

Rev 20: 13- And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hell (‘Hades’) gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done.

Are they judged TWICE?

ANOTHER question- why Did God NEVER warn Adam and Eve of this most horrible fate- nor even his followers- such as Israel- for THOUSANDS of years?

God warned Adam and Eve, they chose to sin. Why would you think that God did not warn?

And yes, there are two judgments. There is the personal judgement that happens at death and then at the end of time is the “Great White Throne” judgement.
