Can anyone point out to me the biblical basis for wearing sacramentals? God forbid the Jews to have charms like the people of the land that they were going to possess and Judas Maccabeus was surprised to see his fallen comrades having tokens of the idols of Jamnia with them but I can’t find a biblical teaching or verse that supports the use of the scapular, rosary, miraculous medal or even the crucifix as necklace - the things we call sacramentals. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The contents of the Ark of the Covenant? Elisha’s bones? The kerchiefs and aprons pressed against Paul?

15 so that they even carried out the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and pallets, that as Peter came by at least his shadow might fall on some of them.
Acts 5:15
20* And behold, a woman who had suffered from a hemorrhage for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment; 21 for she said to herself, “If I only touch his garment, I shall be made well.”
Matthew 9:20

Each decade of the Rosary focuses on a section of Scripture as a meditation.
These are called the mysteries. Out of 20 meditation decades (5 are done each day)
18 of them follow Jesus through the Bible and two are related to Mary (Assumption and Coronation).

Meditations are 20 Mysteries: 18 Excerpts from the Bible + 1 Based on the Bible (Coronation) + 1 From the catholic tradition (Assumption).

That is:
•Jesus 90%
•Mary 10%
•(95% is right out of the Bible)

The Scapular.
Over time, the scapular worn by religious took on the symbolic meaning of the yoke of Christ.
It was a physical reminder to the one wearing it that they had taken up Christ’s yoke
and burden (cf. Mt. 11:30). For the individual who was considering following Christ in the religious life,
he or she knew that a commitment was being made to take up one’s cross in a particular way
— i.e., the life of penance and poverty in following Christ.

As for a crucifix, the Crucifixion is in Every Bible as far as I know.
wearing one or having one on the wall at home is an outward sign
of ones faith. “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ,
through which the world has been crucified for me, and I to the world” (Gal 6:14).

Here is another article that answers your question.

Hope this Helped.

***Acts 19:[11] And God did extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, [12] so that handkerchiefs or aprons were carried away from his body to the sick, and diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them. ***
