Can someone get a second annulment?

If a person was married in the church and then divorced, received an annulment, remarried in the church, divorced again and remarried in a civil ceremony. Will they be able to apply for another annulment? They are regular church goers but do not take communion. Thank you
 
Yes, they can apply for an annulment. The first attempted marriage was declared null therefore the second time the person exchanged vows in the church is currently considered a valid marriage. The person can apply for an annulment of the second marriage, however if the grounds for the annulment are the same as the first the tribunal might ask the person to address that area of his/her life before permitting a third marriage.
