I need to find the prayer that when you say it for I believe a month straight that it so powerful that your prayers are answered. You see I am in a troubled marriage because of addictions. My husband will not even forgive things. I need to know what I can do to help this marriage stay together. I know God would not want us to divorce. He is pushing for it and the kids are not dealing with this either. All their lives people have abandoned them. All I am trying to do is mend what has been broken. Can someone help me, I feel helpless and am in emotional pain.

Please remember, prayers and novenas of prayers are supplications and requests - they are powerful. It is key to know that any prayer or novena is NOT a magic thing, we cannot be superstitious about them.

You might want to ask St. Rita for her intercession. At the same time, spend time praying for yourself, that you will have grace and strenght. Stay close to the Sacraments, go to Adoration, and seek the counsel of a holy Priest.

Thank you for the advice. I understand what you said and just keep us all in your prayers.

God bless you and keep you.

Traci

Saint Rita has helped me many times, but it is very important to get counseling from a holy priest. Do your rosary with peace, remember that God always hears us, do not despair.

Lord father help this child of yours in her trials, give her the peace and wisdom she needs, in Jesus name I pray. Amen

Saint Jude, apostle, martyr and relative of our Lord Jesus Christ, of Mary and of Joseph intercede for us.

Hail Mary Full of Grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed Art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Thank you Lord for hearing and answering our prayers. Amen

You may be thinking of the 54 day rosary novena, go to this link and click the bar in the left that says Rosary Novena for instructions:

God bless you and your family! Through the darkness of trial, Jesus is with you!

Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intervention, was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, to thee I come, before thee I kneel, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.

O blood and water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You!
O blood and water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You!
O blood and water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You!

The Novena Rosary to our sacred lady helps me, but it is not a magic potion, talking and keeping the lines of communication open helps also good luck :gopray2:

Traci, I’m praying for you by adding you’re intentions to my nightly prayers for all families affected by addiction.

I invite you to join us at the St. Monica Thread HERE. There is a wonderful group of ladies who offer a sympathetic shoulder, and lots of prayers and support.

Generous Saint Conrad of Parzham have mercy…

Our crosses help us to be closer to the Lord, trust Him blindly and be at peace. We are praying for your family

For these poor people who are bound up in the chains of addiction:
Our Mother pray for them,
St Luke, pray for them,
St Jude, pray for them,
St Michael the Archangel, who vanquished Satan, pray for them,
All you Holy Angels and Saints, pray for them,
All you holy souls in purgatory, pray for them.

Our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ,
Who through His meritorius death on the cross paid for the sins of the world,
Have mercy on us all,
Give us the intention of our desire,
