There will be many in heaven who did not practice Catholicism, however, being Catholic is the normative means of salvation. The canonization process begins with the person dying in friendship, communion with the Catholic Church.

No,

Being canonized a Saint is an infallible (at least, it was certainly infallible pre-Vatican II, and is commonly but not certainly considered such for post-Vatican II, when the process was modified) declaration that the person is in Heaven, and is based on some heroic virtue(s) of the person. Since ‘there is no salvation outside the Catholic Church,’ one who is not apart of the Church cannot be said to be in Heaven. And so no, they cannot be canonized.
Keep in mind, however, that feeneyism is heretical: Someone can still go to heaven even if they are not visibly apart of the Church. But never can this happen outside the Church. The ability to declare someone who is not visibly in the Church, as apart of it in an extraordinary way, is not really possible in this life, nor would such a person be a good guide to Heaven, as Saints are meant to be (as they did not use the ordinary means), and so it would be contrary to the purpose of canonizations to do so.

In short, no 🙂

Hmm, learn something new every day. That might have something to do with the fact that Elijah was assumed to Heaven alive; I know that Noah, Moses, Nathan, and most of the other old-testament prophets aren’t canonized as saints.

We don’t know that. It is speculation. Also nobody entered Heaven before Christ opened the gates of Heaven.

No. Because there is No Salvation outside the Church.

To be Canonized, one of the Pre-requisites is to be Catholic.

Jesus wasn’t Catholic. Neither were the Apostles (including Paul). They were Jewish.
Not sure where you’re getting your information, but I don’t view it that way. Jesus is the King of the Jews - His Kingdom is the Catholic Church. Jesus is the first Catholic. The apostles were Catholic bishops who founded the first Catholic dioceses. St. Peter was the first Catholic Pope.

Can someone who lived of life of morality and virtue, but not Catholic, become a saint.
Even if it’s technically possible, it’s not going to happen.

Just out of curiosity, who did you have in mind?
