That is not the Koran. The man is a Chaldean Christian not muslim in that picture. The Arabic script on that book is not what is on the Koran.

That’s really interesting, thanks for that. Sedevacantists and other radical-‘trad’ groups online sink the boot into JPII for that picture, perhaps that needs to be pointed out to them.
