Can the unbaptized go to adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Tomorrow morning after mass, our parish has First Friday Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. I understand the theology behind this, but wonder if, since I am unbaptized, if I can participate in this and what the sacrament (if that is the correct term) entails.

Exposition and adoration of the Eucharist is not a sacrament. It is simply prayer in the presence of Christ. **Anyone **can spend time with Jesus during adoration.
