I am interested as to whether there is a set format for a Catholic funeral Mass when the body of the person has been donated to medical science- there is no casket ( cost prohibitive)one of our priests mentioned today that this was the first time he had been asked to celebrate this sort of funeral he was a bit stumpted at present and mentioned that many of the congregation ( who could be high in numbers) weren’t Catholic or perhaps not church goers I will be seeing him later today at stations of the cross and would love to be able to direct him to information- he may not be regular computer user but I may be wrong many thanks Mary Philomena McGann
