Can this baby be baptized Catholic?

My unmarried daughter has a son who has just turned 7 months old. She herself has been baptized Catholic but has had no other upbringing in the Church, through my own fault as her mother. I have got my life together now and my daughter does want to join the Church and raise her son Catholic. She knows about the RCIA program but since that doesn’t start again until next September, she was wondering about getting her son baptized in the Church/Faith now. It has already been too long. What should we do? Thank you,
