My daughter has had 2 children out of wedlock. She said to me that the Catholoc Church would not welcome her back. I disagree. God can forgive everyone and the church would welcome her back. Who is correct?

The sin of sex outside of marriage can indeed be forgiven in the sacrament of confession. The two children, no matter how they came into the world, are created in the image and likeness of God. Your daughter and her children are most certainly welcome back in the Church. God loves them very much and wants them to share in the Eucharist and be active members of His family (the Church).
