Can we attend the wedding of lapsed Catholics?

Hello,

My sister and her fiancé are both lapsed Catholics. They are baptized, and to my knowledge, haven’t offically renounced the Church. They’re getting married in a few months,and the wedding is to be presided over by a friend who will be ‘ordained’ online. My wife and I are stuck on what we should do. Do we go to the wedding and decline any offers for participation in the ceremony, or do we stay home? Any advice you have is greatly appreciated.
