I don’t know if I’m posting in the correct forum. I’m sorry if I don’t.

You posted it in the right area. 🙂

Yes, we can consider the Last Supper as the first mass. The Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ were all present in the original Bread and Wine. The disciples got a peek at the sacrifice of Christ on the cross because the Last Supper, like every other time the sacrifice at mass take place, was mystically united to the sacrifice of Christ on the cross.

Fifty years ago in parochial school, Sister told us it was the Mass.

Sister also added that Judas was the first person to leave Mass early…and looked what happened to him???

I think it was Blessed Mother Teresa who said that Mary was the first person to truly receive the Eucharist - the body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus, at the Annunciation.

But, to answer the question, yes, the Last Supper was the First Mass.

Yeah I’ve heard that. It’s brilliant yet sad, cuz to early Christians I bet that was a very popular fact. While we are just discovering it.
