In the Latin Church only Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are days of fasting. On those two days Latin Catholics should not snack between meals (in addition to only having one full meal with two smaller meals).
On the rest of the Fridays of Lent the Latin Church only requires Her members to abstain from eating meat.
As for watching internet videos and other forms of entertainment, that is a matter of personal choice as to what kind of personal penance you wish to do during the Lenten season.
