Can we get married in the Catholic Church?

So I’m Catholic. My girlfriend who I have been dating seriously and her two daughters are not Catholic. She was married by her youth pastor, who I guess was either Southern Baptist or Non Denominational and later had a legal divorce. Would we be committing adultery if we were to marry?

I would like to have a valid catholic sacramental marriage, and do right by god, as would she… however I’m not sure if God would join us.

My understanding is that whatever god joined together, no person can pull asunder… but I thought that god only gave his church the power to marry 1 woman and 1 man and no one else. So would non catholics have the power to marry? (in Gods eyes)
