Can we marry if we might not be able to have children?

Last year, after years searching, I finally met a nice Catholic guy, we have been dating for a year now, he tells me he plans to propose sometime this year. He and I both want a catholic wedding. Neither of us have been married before. Thing is I will be 45, and he 46. So the chances of us having children are slim, and there are medical issues, that would keep us from adopting. would we be allowed to Marry, if we could not have kids. Do I have to tell him no, when he asks?
