Can we pray over the phone?

Does Catholic Church opposes prayers over the phone to even immobile persons by priests??
 
While no sacrament can take place over the telephone, the Church does not forbid prayer over the telephone. While visiting the homebound is obviously a better thing to do, if that’s not possible then praying of the phone with someone can be spiritually helpful.
