is the deliverance prayer can be prayed by us ?
I have this prayer book named “Catholic Handbook of deliverance prayers” and i got an inspirations to perform at-least deliverance prayers in needed times pls help me thanks

In regard to deliverance ministries, the laity is allowed to pray certain approved prayers that while in the state of grace are efficacious although there are prayers only reserved for clergy. Laity can pray intercessory prayers and binding prayers in so much that they align with the natural order set by God. Here is a great site for prayers of the laity… http://www.auxiliumchristianorum.org/prayers.html

My understanding (please correct me if I’m wrong anybody!) is that lay persons must not address demons directly and personally, but the St. Michael Prayer is safe, or a prayer directly to God against demonic attack is okay.
And to reiterate what you probably already know, holy medals and blessed salt and water are NOT good-luck charms…
Holding fast to our Lord is what we are called to do
