Can we receive Communion EVERY day?

Since a Saturday afternoon or evening Mass fulfills our Sunday obligation, are we still able to receive Holy Communion the next day as well? Do we need to receive Communion Saturday morning before we can receive again on Sunday? Are we restricted to receiving Communion only once on weekends? What if we receive Communion on a weekday afternoon or evening, can we recieve Communion the next morning. Is there a time constraint?
