I look at all your nicks and most have me scratching my head.

Anyone care to share what their nicks mean and why you chose it?

Mine is a reference to the Athanasian creed: 'We worship one God in Trinity, and Trinity in Unity."
 
My name is the name of my patron saint, Mary Magdalene or Mary of Magdala or Mary Magdala. She is known by several names. Partly chosen because her name was Mary as is mine, mostly because we shared life histories…

She was a follower of Jesus, saved from her sinful ways and lived as a repentent. She was an important part of the early church. Depending on when you hear her story first: I was a teen in the 1960"s, she was the repentent woman who broke the alabaster jar of perfume over Jesus’ feet just prior to His death. She may also have had seven demons driven from her. She followed Him through out his ministry, was present at His death, and was the first to see He had risen.

Obviously, I identify with her whole story.
 
mine is just initials followed by numbers i was forced to take becuse all the cool ones were taken. I never use nick names on the internet. When i first go onto the net years ago I did try but got sick of typing out pretentious nick like godkingofallcreationallmustbowdowntome@… so just went with my real name.
 
Mine is what my siblings called me when I was a child, and some still occasionally call me.

“Trishie” was the last word my brother David said to me over the phone some hours before he died in a car accident in 2002.
David always said “I love you, Trishie”, with warmth, at the end of every phone-call.

I’m A big fan of St. Ignatius of Antioch, but its to long for a nickname. St. Ignatius had a nickname himself it was Theophorus.
