Can we shop on Sunday?

What is the current requirement for keeping holy the Sabbath? Is attending Mass enough? Is viewing TV, eating out and shopping allowable? Or are we not to engage in any activities except resting and praying?

My friend is concerned she is sinning by shopping on Sunday. Kindly advise.
