Can you be baptized as an adult if you were christened as a baby?

If your parents had you christened as a baby (Church of England) but you have never had anything to do with that church, can you be baptized if you join the Catholic Church?
 
Baptism and christening are synonyms for the same sacrament. If a person was christened as a baby in the Anglican church, that means he was baptized and the Catholic Church would recognize that baptism as a valid baptism and would not repeat it. If that person then chose to join the Catholic Church, he would be received into the Catholic Church, make his first confession, receive First Communion, and be confirmed.
