Absolutely. Christ said “behold your mother” to the Apostles. Some of the last words he spoke on the cross. Out of respect, I personally would refer to her as our Mother instead of “mom”.

I’m from the Old School. I am uncomfortable with calling The Mother of Jesus-mom. So I just don’t. Peace.

Matter of personal preference I guess. Although I would say that you can respect your mother and call her mom, I mean most of us do?
Some people feel weird about it and that’s fine. I just call her Mary
