Can you explain One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Chruch?

Greeting, I enjoy you tube presentation that relate to our Catholic Church and was surprised to hear a preacher say that the universal Church was invisible. He Sounds very Roman Catholic up unto where Peter was given the Keys and binding and loosing. He explains that those keys and authority was given to all present when Jesus spoke. Listening further he tries to attempt to explain what “Unity” really means in the Reformed movement without saying so. To an untrained or less than schooled Catholic it sounds very convincing. Could you expound a positive for our understanding what the title really means. One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.
