If you go to heaven and do something wrong, can you be kicked out from it?

Satan was booted from heaven. Can humans endure the same fate, and what happens to them if they are kicked out?

No we don’t. Once we get to heaven we would already have been perfected by God.

Satan is an angelic being (higher on the intelligence scale than humans) who was given a choice by God either to serve God or not. Satan chose not, and that choice was his one, only and final opportunity to decide for or against God. He chose against and was cast out of heaven.

Humans (lesser beings than angels) are given their entire lifetime to make the final choice, which is not set forever until the moment of death. As I’m sure you’ve experienced, we are in and out of a state of grace, in and out of fervor, even sometimes in and out of the Church. What matters for eternity is what we are at the moment of death. Obviously, we should be preparing for that moment throughout our lives. But the point is, at the moment of death, the choice is truly final. In the happy event that we reach heaven, we are assured of being there for all eternity. As the previous poster said, God will have perfected us, so there will be no danger of our doing something evil.

Once god has entered you into his state of eternal grace [heaven]
there you will remain what a wounderfull thought

After the personal judgment the will is bound to God’s will, the soul understands that God is the highest good, and do not want to rebel against Him.

No way!
God knows already each and every one who are with Him and will be with Him in heaven.
No one is admitted there by mistake!

Good question, and I don’t believe that the other posters really addressed what it is you are seeking. According to St. Thomas Aquinas, a very influential Catholic theologian, the reason why the Devil was kicked out of Heaven was because of pride. The Bible tells us that he also led a 1/3rd of the other angels down with him. Aquinas believed that this moment was actually a “test” from God, and from that point on after the test, no angel could ever go against God. Those who did not follow the Devil are with God forever, and those that followed the Devil are to be isolated from God forever; they are damned.

The moment the rebellion occurred was only a very brief moment, and Aquinas believed that God just set out a test to see which angels really loved him (look up the belief on free will).

Any Human that enters Heaven stays there forever. There is no chance of mistake.

Agreed! The purification of the righteous after death is clear from scripture.

Zechariah 8-9 "In the whole land,” declares the LORD, “two-thirds will be struck down and perish;yet one-third will be left in it. This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is our God.’”

Imagine waiting your whole life to see a sunrise. Then, finally, you see it, and it’s GLORIOUS! Would you then shut your eyes and turn away?

No. Or your one true love - the one you’ve been aching for, it seems, forever, finally kisses and embraces you. Could you then push this person away? Of course not.

The saints don’t want to sin. They’re so lucky! We want to. But we won’t, if we get there.

Likewise, the pathetic souls in Hell never want to love, or repent. They only want to keep hating.

In Heaven, we will only want to KEEP LOVING!

No, but if you get enough infractions they may bounce you back to purgatory for a spell…😃

Now wait a second, I think that I remember this actually happening but it was from a long time ago in my childhood. Something about a peanut and kicking an angel… 🤷

Bohm had a great answer. Bottom line: angels are different critters than us. They already HAD their time to choose and now it’s done, angels stay angels now forever and demons stay demons. For humans, we are in the MIDST of the choosing, but like angels, once its done, its done.

You explain religious things very clearly - your atheism does you great credit!
