What constitues a good faith effort to go to mass?
When traveling I use the computer to find a mass and have pretty good results. Recently, I was on an extended road trip with three non-Catholics. We were midway between Montreal and Quebec at a roadside motel. The plan was to get up and roll on to our next scheduled stop. I did not look for a mass because the others would have had to sit and wait for me. I did take time that morning to spend some time with God by saying the Rosary. I did not feel that I sinned, given the situation.
Any thoughts?
