Can you help me find the right saint for this need?

I am a member of a Catholic women’s club but the more involved I am the less I want to be around or socialize with these women. They are always bickering, talking mean about others, they are against one another always. It makes me very nervous to be there but I just want to help the Church and do my part. In February I have to give a short speech on something. Is there a saint that helps people to get along with each other that I can use to get my point across?

Unfortunately, I am unclear on what you want your point to be, and I cannot recommend using an invitation to speak to the club as an occasion to chastise the members. What I could recommend is that you consider giving your talk on a woman saint your fellow club members might consider to be a good role model for their lives. Every female saint fits that bill, of course, but one who might be appropriate for a February talk is St. Brigid (pronounced “Breed”) of Ireland, whose feast day is February 1. You can read more about her at the link provided here. This reading, attributed to St. Brigid, might also be helpful:
I would like the angels of heaven to be among us.
I would like an abundance of peace.
I would like full vessels of charity.
I would like rich treasures of mercy.
I would like cheerfulness to preside over all.
I would like Jesus to be present.
I would like the three Marys of illustrious renown to be with us.
I would like the friends of heaven to be gathered around us from all parts.
I would like myself to be a rent payer to the Lord; that I should suffer distress, that he would bestow a good blessing upon me.
I would like a great lake of beer for the King of Kings.
I would like to be watching heaven’s family drinking it through all eternity.
