Can you help me with my home altar?

Well I’m in middle school and have a alter under my desk on the keyboard tray. I want to know if it is properly set up as an alter.
I have saint cards, holy water, bible, daily prayer book,rosary, two sacramental candles. Do I need to include more or less to my home alter?

Hi,

There are no requirements. You may set it up as you like. I wouldn’t light the candles if they are under your desk, though.

By the way, “alter” is a verb, meaning to change something. “Altar” in a noun and is the kind of altar you are concerned about.
