Can you help regarding the Anointing of the Sick and forgiveness?

Here is the scenario: Someone is in a coma.
They have not gone to Confession recently.
They are truly sorry for their sins and would confess them given the
opportunity.

If that person receives Anointing of the Sick, are their sins forgiven?
 
Hi,

If such persons are truly sorry for their sins even though they haven recently gone to Confession whether in a coma or not, the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will absolve them of all their sins.

The prayer at the beginning of the Anointing ends with: “If they have committed any sins, their sins will be forgiven them.”
