Can you help with Confession questions?

I just got home from Reconciliation. I confessed all the sins I could think of. Assuming there weren’t any I forgot or failed to think of ( I don’t think there were ) was I:

1. In a state of grace until I took God’s name in vain a few minutes ago?
2. Free from any time in Purgatory if I had been killed in a car crash on the way home. There were no sins committed in those few minutes.
3. Still guilty of sins that I didn’t think I was guilty of? Obviously, it’s God’s view of my actions that counts, not mine.

I appreciate any advice you can give. Thank you for your time.
