Can you help with this Mantilla question?

I was told that the canon law regarding women wearing head coverings at Mass and in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament has not changed. That Vat. 2 did not address this issue at all, therefore, the former requirement remains-i.e., that we should cover at Mass. Is this correct and where in canon law can this issue be found?
