Can you help with this old age sex problem?

Normal sex with my wife is impossible since I developed Prostate enlargement. We are both elderly. I am 72 and my wife is 69. Is it sinful therefore to have contact resulting in ejaculation as there is no possibility of completing a normal healthy sex act.
 
Dear friend,

As long as couples like yourselves attempt to have normal relations, that is fine, even if they can’t complete act. But they are not allowed to pleasure themselves outside of this context.
