Can you hep me with my conversion confusion?

I was baptized in a Catholic church as an infant but was raised a Protestant. I would like to become a Catholic, but I’m not sure where I belong. Am I a convert even with my baptism? Should I attend classes in my local parish that are geared toward people who are converting from other denominations and religions? Or, am I considered a Catholic who just needs to get confirmed?

You need to attend RCIA classes in order to learn the faith in which you were Baptized. You also need to be prepared for the sacraments of Penance (Confession) and first Holy Communion as well as Confirmation. Welcome home!
