How do you stack up?

(Yes, I know that some questions don’t make sense - this is based off of this year’s tests. I made it for my classmates and myself, who have had the class and therefore understand the material. It’s not custom made for CAF- I posted it here as a second thought)

The questions do not make sense, multiple choice have only partial answers, I certainly hope this quizlet was not designed by an educator.

Yes, by myself. It’s just old tests of ours.

It makes sense to classmates haha - this was a second thought

First, “Annulment” is a colloquial term used to refer to a decree of nullity that is issued by a competent tribunal. Under the 1983 Code of Canon Law, dispensations from consanguinity in the fourth degree (first cousins) may be granted under certain conditions. Here is a form to apply for such a dispensation.

I can go question by question, but, whomever wrote this does not really grasp the concepts.

The “Moses allows for divorce” answer for open ended is somehow “none of the above”?

I got a 65% but I believe I was also correct on Moses allowing divorce

That was discussed in class. ‘annulment’ was used colloquially/casually as shorthand for what you describe

Would have done better if not for spelling in section 1.

What’s a pass mark?

The test matched “Annulment” to “First Cousins Marry”.

Yes. It comes from this test section…

(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

And yes, I know it’s a gross overgeneralization of the CIC. It was discussed.
Trust me.

OK, thanks for catching that - that’s actually a mistake…

I concur with @TheLittleLady.

The quiz as it stands is nonsensical.

Unless you took the class that this quiz came out of, or unless the quiz is reformed, it is useless as it is.

does the test take more than 10 minutes? that would be my attention span for grade school theological gymnastics…
