Can you please explain no salvation outside the Church and blasphemy of the Holy Spirit?

I prayed to God that He shows me the most pleasing way to Him, and I believed that He answered my prayers by showing me the way back to Rome. This was the power of the Holy Spirit. If a believer outside the Catholic Church knew of my prayers yet he does not believe that the Spirit is leading me into the Catholic Church, will he be saved? I ask this because Jesus said that all sins can be forgiven except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. What do you think?
